Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobianin, removed a subordinate in the snow on streets that were cleaned in Photoshop, write Gazeta.ru. It’s about Leonid Bogatiriov, district administration chief Orehovo-Borisovo, the Russian capital.

In late January, Yuri Bear blogger wrote a complaint on the website administration Moscow on “pedestrian street that has not been cleaned ever since the beginning of winter.” Two days later, on February 1, received a reply signed by the head of the administration, which stated that the street was cleaned, and the company responsible for the work has been sanctioned. The message was attached a photograph, the result of work carried out: snow disappeared along with it – and inscriptions on the walls and pavement were visible traces of “brush” image editor.

Later, Bear wrote about the incident announced that Moscow authorities and prosecution.
