Friday, November 16, Katy Perry attended the 11th annual gala evening Celebration of Dreams at Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara. A glamorous event which showcased the association that fulfills the dreams of critically ill adults.
During the gala, the singer of 28 years has been honored by the foundation. Known for its catchy songs, Katy Perry is less for his good works. And yet, the ex-wife of Russell Brand regularly supports associations fighting against AIDS. Yesterday evening, November 15, the pretty brunette was awarded the Dream Foundation for his help to “educate people on the importance of realizing the dream of a child when faced with the loss of a parent.”
To receive this reward, the singer has left her outfits and hair colors eccentrics. Which was named Woman of the Year by Billboard magazine, arrived in a Dolce & Gabbana dress very elegant, composed of colorful floral prints. Other personalities were present at the gala. We saw including Jane Lynch, star of Glee and Priscilla Presley, 67, ex-wife of the King, Elvis Presley.
Everything is going well at the moment for Katy Perry. The singer, who is a new relationship with John Mayer, is nominated in four categories for the People’s Choice Awards 2013: Best Female Artist, Best Pop Artist, Best video clip for Part of Me, and Best music fan community. The singer is also working on a third album, two and a half years after the famous Teenage Dream. She turned to Greg Wells and Bonnie McKee, with whom she collaborated on her first two albums. No release date has not yet been revealed, but we can not wait!
